Description
The grant will be used to fund an in depth consultation of grants funding amounts across 15 different projects. The consultant will provide an analysis of funding amounts and recommendation for optimizing and normalizing the compensation across future projects.
Purpose
Finding the right funding amount for a variety of grants can be challenging. The consultant will use their expertise to help the program optimize capital efficiency by guiding appropriate compensation and systemizing the process for future projects.
Payment structure
25% upfront, 75% at completion
